Abstract: Relaxation rates in the $13mLiNO 3-6,5mCaNO 3 2-H 2O$ ternary system havebeen measured for nuclei of water $^1H$ and $^{17}O$, anion $^{14}N$, andboth cations $^7Li$, $^{43}Ca$. The data analysis reveals the systemstructure as consisting of two main charged units: LiH$ 2$O$ 4$$^+$ andCaNO$ 3$$ 4$$^{2-}$. Thus the system presents inorganic ionic liquid likestructure.
