This paper deals with the complex unit roots representationof archea DNA sequences and the analysis of symmetries inthe wavelet coefficients of the digitalized sequence. It is shown thateven for extremophile archaea, the distribution of nucleotideshas to fulfill some mathematical constraints in such a way that thewavelet coefficients are symmetrically distributed, with respect to thenucleotides distribution.
