For an organization in order to ensure that it isrunning smoothly, and its goals are being met to the best of the organizationability, there must be a solid communication between the management andemployees involved. Therefore, communication is supposed to be effective andefficient when it is being used in the organization. Management should ensurethat there are less jargon words that are being used in the daily communicationwith the employees in order to avoid miscommunication that may be detrimentalto organizational success. This is also to make sure that communication isstill serving its purpose in the organization, of information or ideas sharing.In situations where insufficient communication occurs, it tends to hamper theeffective and efficient communication, as a result it leads employees to beingdemoralized and having a high employee turnover, relationships between employeesand employers being tarnished, wastage of organizational resources and as wellas negatively impact the organization productivity. Employees should be treatedwith care as they form a very integral component of the organization. In thispaper, the impact of using many jargon words, while communicating with theorganization employees is being investigated.
