This paper considers the problem of controlling the rotationalmotion of an axi-symmetric rigid body using two independent control torqueswithout angular velocity measurements. The control law which stabilizesasymptotically this motion is obtained only in terms of the orientationparameters. Global asymptotic stability is shown by applying LaSalle invarianceprincipal. Numerical simulation is introduced.
