This study selected different size IT enterprise from six cities in different area, using interview and questionnaire, research every factors’ attraction of Non-monetary to knowledge workers in IT Industry IT. Research found that IT Enterprise Knowledge employees on non-monetary compensation demand more, and there is a difference between different employees. Overall, the satisfaction of quality of life and job satisfaction, employee development to help in the top three, incentive effect plays a decisive role.
