Mercaptopropyl polyhedral ologomeric silisesquioxane MPOSS was used to modify diglycidyl ether of bisphenol DGEBA 3-Methyl-tetrahydrophthalic anhydride MeTHPA networks. The thermal conductivity and bulk resistivity of MPOSS-DGEBA nanocomposites were investigated. The results showed that the thermal conductivity increased with increasing MPOSS content, the thermal conductivity was 0.29 W-m·K at 10wt% loading content, which increased 90% than the neat epoxy. Bulk resistivity of nanocomposites improved to some extent than the neat ones and the optimum value is five times of the neat epoxy at 20wt%.
