Solvothermally, different synthetic parameters of zeolitic imidazolate framework-8 ZIF-8 have been employed, such as materials of interior wall of contains, synthetic scales, the order of mixed reaction chemicals. The structure and physical characterization of ZIF-8 were studied by SEM, XRD and low temperature N2 adsorption and desorption methods. Hydrothermal stability of ZIF-8 in high temperature water vapor and chemical stability of ZIF-8 in ethanol were carried out, in comparison with classical H-ZSM-5. It showed that ZIF-8 had remarkable stability and high surface area after 400℃ water treatment for 1h or 78.4 ℃ ethanol treatment for 144 h.
