The S2O8 2-TiO2 catalyst sample was prepared by Sol-gel method from C16H36O4Ti, CH3CH2OH CH3COOH and NH42S2O8

By changing concentration of ammonium persulfate, baking time and baking temperature made solid super acid catalyst of S2O8 2-TiO2 with single fact test. Characterized their capacity and frame though the method of Infrared Spectroscopy and BET surface area techniques. The sucrose and lees biomass were catalyticed in autoclave under 160 ℃ and 24h With this catalyst, after it, using the liquid chromatography analysis the levulinic acid from the reaction on quantitative and qualitative. The results showed: the best experimental conditions for preparation of the catalyst was calcinating temperature at 773k, baking time 5h, the solubility of ammonium persulfate 0.2mol-L. and its catalytic activity was the highest; this kind of catalyst for the hydrolysis of sucrose and vinasse to levulic acidLA, the yield of LA were 45% and 5.5%.
