In order to solve the problems existed in traditional simulative training method of Command and Control C2 system, such as low fidelity, realization with difficulty, without simulation of information transmission and etc, the paper proposed a new method through the adoption of High Level Architecture HLA, IP packet intercepting and OPNET network simulation technology. The new method allows the trainees to use practical C2 software directly to perform simulative training. It can not only guarantee the full-fidelity training interface and eliminate the software development cost, but also has battlefield communication network simulation for reflecting the transmission success ratio and time delay of C2 information. The paper’s work provides a brand-new and efficient way for C2 simulative training in the future, and takes on great significance for promoting its simulative training effect.
