This article is from Annals of Oncology, volume 25.AbstractThis manuscript presents exploratory analyses of the incidence and time to development of CNS metastases in patients with first-line HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer in the CLEOPATRA study of pertuzumab, trastuzumab, and docetaxel. The results showed that pertuzumab, trastuzumab, and docetaxel delayed the onset of CNS disease compared with placebo, trastuzumab, and docetaxel.
