Abstract: We compute a formula including OPE power corrections to describe the runningof a QCD coupling non-perturbatively defined through the ghost and gluondressing functions. This turns out to be rather accurate. We propose the ``{\itplateau}-procedure to compute $\Lambda {\bar{ m MS}}$ from the latticecomputation of the running coupling constant. We show a good agreement betweenthe different methods which have been used to estimate $\Lambda {\bar{ mMS}}^{N f=0}$. We argue that $\Lambda {\bar{ m MS}}$ or the strong couplingconstant computed with different lattice spacings may be used to estimate thelattice spacing ratio.
