A new XTR-based key agreement scheme with constantrounds is presented. Three theorems are formulated to reveal the logarithmiccomputational complexity of this scheme. Furthermore, the computationframework of XTR-based key agreement scheme is introduced, and securityof the scheme is proven under the formal model.
