Russell Ellis and others); (7) "Decision Support at Stanford: Partnering with Users" (Joy Mundy and Warren Thornthwaite); and (8) "Implementing a Kiosk-Based Campus Information System at Community Colleges: Three Case Studies" (Stephen Jonas and others).
