In view of the intensive development of the catering industry and increased competition in this sectoris extremely important the quality of services provided. A company that wants to adapt their services to therequirements of consumers should get to know. The aim of this study was asessment of influence of selectedfactors on the choice of catering establishments. Respondents considered the most important componentsof the quality of catering services sensory characteristics of foods, namely: taste, appearance and aroma.Price occupied a high position among the factors influencing the choice of a catering facility, as well asamong factors determining the quality of catering services.
