In the past the oxen were used as working animals, but nowadays in some countriesthere have been trading with young fattened steer meat. With the help of tradingquestionnaire we wanted to find out the actual possibilities for sale of breaded steer meatin our country. We used the method of the questionnaire and interview. The results of ourresearch show, how more and more consumers are being aware of the breedingtechnology and healthier diet. Those consumers would also be prepared to buy suchproducts with higher retail price, but they have to be accessible on more locations.
