The aim of the study was to determine the factors influencing the regional diversity of wheat productionin Poland. The analysis has shown that the regional diversity of wheat production in Poland is determinedby both natural (climate, soil), and organizational and economical conditions. A higher concentrationof this species cultivation is observed in the western and northern parts of Poland, which is associatedwith their level of agricultural culture, a higher intensity of production and agrarian structure. Favorableconditions for wheat production, ensuring its higher yields and better quality, can be found in Dolnośląskieand Opolskie voivodeships. These regions have developed commodity wheat production, which provideslarger batches of uniform grains.
